Estro is an herbal tincture containing plant-derived phytoestrogens, such as black cohosh, which are widely used in Europe as a safe alternative to synthetic estrogens.  Phytoestrogens have been researched for their ability to support the body during PMS without many of the side effects associated with synthetic estrogen replacement therapies.

Ingredients:

Black cohosh – approved by the German Commission E for combating PMS symptoms.  Its constituents have been found to mimic those of estrogen.

Royal Jelly – It is very rich in amino acids, minerals, and vitamins B5 and B6.  It stimulates the adrenal glands to increase energy.
