Lactose intolerance, reversible?

I dont know for how long but without the aid of lactase enzymes I get flatulence and intestinal discomfort from milk and food containing lactose.

I dont know if this is a result of the parasites, or if it is one of the cumulative causes that first allowed them to gain a foothold in my system.

The point of my thread is to find out if I it is possible I will ever be able to naturally digest lactose again, un-aided by the supplemental enzymes?
