GCG is really great and makes you feel good as it crushes and softens the stones making, therefore, your gb works better. But trust me this is the means not the solution. It won´t work for long unless you flush. After the flush your complexion, hair, and body will work much better.

You should take GCG for about 3 weeks and then flush. Don´t be afraid it is a simple and efficient procedure
