Dave, "gall" in gallstones means "bile" not "gall"bladder ... matter of fact gallbladder means "bile"bladder.  So not having a gallbladder has nothing to do with the need to flush.

1/2 cup of say organic fresh grapefruit juice would have what effect on your diabetes???  My mama has diabetes and I have her eating fruit and drinking juice and it doesn't mess with her #s.
