This makes a lot of sense -

and explains to me why there are just times that I just HAVE to go see the latest "chick flick" that reduces a woman to tears.

I, too, though, get an awful headache after crying.

I think we need to do a salt push (or two or three) whenever we feel we're going to cry.

I'd LOVE to be able to have the freedom to "cry it out" without getting the darn headache!
