Re: lazy bowels

I think when dealing with a new supplement to your daily regimen, you should allow at least 4-6 weeks to assess their effectiveness. Oxypowder will help your bowels to retrain themselves. Unless, you already have bowel muscle damaged. I personally take Oxypowder myself and I have for about three years. When I first started taking I also thought my bowels were getting worse. However, I called the company that makes the Oxypowder and it turns that my stress levels were actually causing the problem. I know at all products work for all people, I think you need to allow at 30 days at the very least in order to assess if the product is working for you. Are you taking 2-3 hours after your last meal? Are you drinking at least half of your weight in ounces of water? Do you add lemon to the water that you are drinking? If you have questions on how the Oxy-Powder could work better for you, you might try calling the company that makes the Oxy-Powder. I found that the information that they provided to, it was very helpful.
