Re: How do I do an Enema

i tried using enemas that you buy in local pharmacy's and they are so annoying and uncomfortable to use.. I searched online, and im happy i found mine at

no credit card, and no one to let yo use theirs? then you better get skilled at using the local pharmacy ones.. i personally, wouldnt start Liver Flushing until im good at performing enemas or have access to a colon hydrotherapist.. i learned the hard way. i HEART enemas now. I feel like a brand new person after one. :) Tweet
