P&B Before or After SWF?

HI everyone,

I'm a newbie who is starting my first real day of The Master Cleanse tommorow (I've been practicing today sort of). I took cascara sagrada tea last night instead of senna because it only produced one bowel movement a day in the past for me. The Cascara took 13 hours for me to have a bowel movement, which wasn't much at all, even after the salt water flush. I want to try using Bentonite clay and phylissium (sp?,) but I don't know when is the best time to take it? I'm going to take the PB Shakes 3 times a day (that is what it says on their lables). But Should I take the P&B right before or after the laxative tea at night, and also before or after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning?
