Dewormer question

MH?  I know how mention to take the first bottle of dewormer for a 30 day cleanse and then 1tbsp  weekly but what if your son has type 1 diabetes..should i just continue to give it to him 6 days a week you think? I dont know what to do about that. I dont want to over load his organs with detoxing to much ..everything in moderation. And thanks for my order i just got it today:)
