If you were recently bitten the absolute best thing to do is to take the Antibiotics . I wish I had done that. I always had a problem with anitibiotics and I personally have always avoided them as much as humanly possible. However they are effective if taken quickly after the bite, and nothing else is as certain.
If it's at a later stage, then getting rid of lyme normally takes more than one approach. I'll post a link to an article and that will take you to a page with several resources and forums. I would check out the salt/c forum and the lyme/rife forum. People there are using multiple pronged approaches and discussing their results.
Lastly, if you haven't been tested for co-infections I'd get tested. Often when someone has lyme, they also got another infection that's transmitted at the same time. Many docs don't know to look for them. You'll find links to the labs if you follow the same link I'll give that the lyme community is trusting these days to give more accurate tests.
