More than you wanted to......

One of the things I always did for my girlfriends was give them a B complex.

It reduced water retention, breast tenderness and improved the “mood” if ya get my drift.

My only word of caution is do not buy cheap B complexes.

I found a lot of women had tried but couldn’t handle “B complexes”.

I never figured out if it was a filler or a “process” contamination.

Ladies, if you have tried B’s and couldn’t handle them, go for a better brand.

From a male standpoint, it’s a Godsend.

A final note that will turn most of your stomachs.

If the sensitivity is reduced from “painful” to “high sensitivity”, having sex will reduce the period, of the period.

I’ve found however most “men” become squeamish at the idea.
