Which one of these devices do you recommend?

I debating between getting a rife type machine, like at:

or a Magnetic Pulse Generator.
I'm trying to get rid of some warts and jock itch and nothing seems to works. I recently started using the Teminator II zapper for the past couple weeks but i'm thinking i should do more.
Which one do you think would work better?
How have they worked for you?
