of course zirconium is a more compatible metal than titanium, but it is really that the body will reject and encapsulate the implant that is the biggest concern with it.  i do not recommend them and they are not a biologic process, but you can get them if you wish.  where did you need a dentist at?  there are still ways to have bridges, but it depends on how many teeth were pulled and where they are all missing at.  you might have to go with partials, but it is better than implants.  here is more info:
