5th Day out of 100? - Distilled Water Fast
I'm currently on my 5th day of water (distilled Poland Spring, no enemas) fasting.
I'm 5'4'', 310 lbs, 20 years old.
I'm trying to lose the crap I've been eating most of my life. I'd like to lose weight and begin to eat healthy/organic (I did eat salads/fruits/organic foods in the past, so the transition to eating healthy shouldn't be too hard for me although eating a big juicy steak have tempted me, but I think I can handle it after the fast)
Whenever I watch TV, and see some food commercial, I sometimes think "Hey, maybe today is the day I should break the fast." But, since I'm "fatter" the hunger/stomach rumblings for food doesn't bother too much enough to do that.
My friend sometimes tempts me to eat McDonalds or some sort of "solid" food, but I say "No, thank you." to his amazement because he can't believe I've been
Water Fasting for 5 days so far.
I was wondering how long should I fast for? What is the longest amount anyone has ever water fasted (and still lived lol)?
I'd like to lose a lot of weight fast, and also keep it off. Around 150 lbs give or take. I'm aiming for 100 days. Is that safe and if not, how long should I
Water Fast for?
