Flush #5, 2 week intervals, results:

Well, the first couple of times to the toilet only little yellow pieces like seeds. I thought, well that wasn't worth doing the flush! Third time, a few small pea sized green ones, and I thought at least it wasn't for nothing. Then toilet trip 4 or 5, felt like a small terd. Turned out to be a 3/4" sized green waxy like clayish ball! This was the biggest stone I have passed so far! The next trip to the toilet produced another 3 with one about 5/8"x 3/4" and a couple of 1/2" sized ones same consistency and color as before. I had figured I would need to do about 10 flushes at 2 week intervals to get the reccomended 2,000 stones out, but it may take more! How do you know when your liver has been reasonably well flushed and you can go on a preventative mainteneance schedule? What do you see or not see in the toilet as your key indicator your liver is flowing free? The recipe I use is the no food or water after 2:00 pm with the Epsom Salts at 6:00 and 8:00 pm followed by the 1/2 cup olive oil with the 3/4 cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, shaken well not stirred at 10:00 pm, followed with the Orinthine to help you sleep. Believe me the first flush, not knowing what to expect and being nervous, I really needed it! Next morning Epsom Salts at 7:00 and 9:00 pm and then lunch at noon. Actually I dislike the Epsom Salts more than the oil and juice mixture as it is so bitter! You only do the oil once and the epsom salts 4 times! Has anybody tried 2 or 3 different recipes and noticed any difference? As for me, after 5 flushes, I am getting more energy slowly and you DO feel lighter right after the flush. Just my experiences so far. I hope it encourages others to try it! You have nothing to lose except stones! LOL!
I was thinking why they form. Could it be, that with all of the modified oils in highly prepared food today, that the liver just doesn't know how to handle them or break them down, so bile just clings and keeps trying to do something with the foreign stuff? I would be interested in hearing others comments and experiences. Flushing is tuly an amazing experience. so easy and cheap to do!
