Joseph Newman's free energy design

Some of the clues in this video tell that Joseph has been trying to get this information out to the public since the early 80's. His aging, and frustration therein, shows. Today, in 2007, is the first time I ever heard of such. Why?

If humanity can bring itself to accept and allow such a design to be put to good use, the extent of the benefits would be massive, to include those health benefits to your health, your children's health, the world's health. Such acceptance will of course  require select segments of humanity to first put aside their egoes, and profit centers, and power centers.
