skin rash for years

Skin rash on face for several years. I am trying to help father clear it up. He is diabetic and we are trying natural approaches for years. The rash is red and has some white tiny pustules that do not break. Weve tried cleanses, creams, etc.

Any help or feedback will be appreciated as I am not quiting on this. Thanks greatly as I will keep asking and trying. :) Tweet
