candigest plus advice pse!

Hi,
Has anyone used Candigest? I got candigest plus and began taking it just yesterday. For the first time Ive been constipated, and when I did manage a BM, about an hour ago, it is like cement almost, and difficult to pass. It was also very fibrous. I would image I just need to drink more fluid, but is the fibrous texture digested candida? I truly hope so, because I have had almost no die off symptoms with it at all, which is such a relief as my poor overworked liver is a big concern for me.

Also, Ive noticed that I have periods of burning/soreness in my abdomen with it. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this? Again, I assume this is the candigest digesting the candida, but just want to check with anyone else who has used it whether or not they experienced anything similar.
