I like everything you say there except the vitamin C thang!
Vitamins need other vitamins, minerals, factors and co-factors to be properly assimilated by the body. If I needed MORE vitamin C, I'd google "superfoods + vitamine C," or "wholefood supplements + vitamin C" and study them to see where I could get the most C with all the things my body needs to actually use it. As for IV C ... not in my lifetime!!!!
