Question for Spirit

I posted this on the "ask Shelley" forum yesterday as I just did my first liver flush.
"I'm wondering what the other stuff is that is coming out after my liver flush. I know the stones are supposed to float, but there is other stuff that has sunk to the bottom of the toilet and looks like gold bran flakes. Do you know what this stuff is? "

"We call it sand, it's the non-fat toxins in the bile ducts for the most part. :) I don't think anyone has got it analyzed to find out what exactly it is. Spirit might know, he's the ultimate fact checker. :) He's kept lots of good info like that over the years. He just has so much it tends to be overwhelming LOL! :)

Do you know what this stuff is?
