Are these symptoms gall bladder/liver related?

Last August I had the first symptoms of Gall Bladder trouble. I was able to self-diagnose (since at the time I had no medical coverage anyway) and quickly found this wonderful Liver Cleanse forum. I successfully performed two Liver Flushes after experiencing a full-blown gall bladder attack, and I radically changed my diet. Since then I have not performed another flush, but I will be doing one this weekend. I am curious if my current NEW symptoms (following) are liver/gall bladder related?

SYMPTOMS: For the past two weeks I have had, off and on, every day a "motion sickness" feeling: headachy, feverish, butterflies in the stomach, pre-nausea, and just yesterday noticed I have blood in my stool. Since I have also been experiencing perimenopausal symptoms, all new to me, I wasn't quite sure what to think of these new developments--whether they are related to hormones or gall bladder.
