I do that too, if thats fasting. When I wake up in the morning, I drink 1.5 liters of lukewarm water with a pinch of Coarse Sea-Salt. Yes I can drink that much water in the morning.
Then I try to walk briskly sround the house, or in my backyard ( barefoot). This makes me have 2-3 good bowel movements in the morning.
After that, I take a shower. If I have to eat something, I eat some fruits for breakfast. And then a good satisfying lunch at noon.
