I often see ones with acne and wondered if Oil of Oregano (internal & external - keep out of eyes!!!) would help. Info I have seen say it is indicated for such a condition. Google for the info on it. I use it for a variety of reasons. I buy the concentrate and add 12 parts safflower oil to 1 part oregano oil to make it similar to Dr Cass Ingram formula.
