French foriegn name and like most names, I don't keep to memory. He was back in the 1890's.

I pick him as the world's best, he is top on my list of cure-all doctors. It didn't matter if you were a little baby that couldn't live on mother's milk or an eldery person that had wasted down to little to nothing, his method of ocean water would put the flesh back on the bones, or should I say, his records showed this, you know people don't like bragging about the failures.
