Re: Distilled water leads to early death

This article has been around for years. Distilled water does not cause death, it does not leach minerals from cells. A small amount of high mineral Sea Salt works fine, but I have no problem with the pure water. Chet Day is against a lot of things like the Hallelujah diet, distilled water and other alternative health issues. I think its a good idea to read both sides of a question, but experience make me a strong believer in distilled water.

I drank very hard Alkaline Water from a limestone cave for more than twenty years. The excess rock calcium I consumed has settled in my joints. X-rays even showed calcium deposits in my lungs. I hope using things like distilled water and raw apple cider vinegar will help to eventually flush out the useless rock calcium from where it does not belong, and meanwhile I am eating plenty of green veggies in the hope of getting the bio available plant based calcium.
