Hi, im just wondering what you would suggest in order for me to burn more fat and gain muscle. I work out at the gym about 4 times a week, and although I do a fair bit of weights cant seem to gain better muscle definition. I know that primarily i need to lose body fat in order to "tone" up but I find it a struggle to lose body fat alone. Dont get me wrong I dont want to be uber muscly but I strive hard for the "athletic" look. The problem is im a vegetarian and so dont consume enough protein as I need to, I am also intolerant to eggs and dairy and try to avoid them. Is there an alternative? Im 17, 5ft 4 and 138lbs.
