Please Help!! Cramps and diarrhea

I can't believe this. I have been feeling so blah, so decided to search this mirena iud I had put in about year and half ago so see if it could be the cause and this is what I found. I have been exercising and eating very well for about 7 months now but do not feel any better. I am so bloated that I feel like I could pop, I have headaches, lower back pain sometimes, nausea for no reason just out of the blue and then goes away, no sex drive what so ever which is awful, moody, etc. I also have diarrhea and cramps pretty bad right now and can't get into the doctor until Thurs morning. Does anyone else have the cramps and diarrhea?? I am so concerned and then I came across this forum and am wondering if this is the problem. Any information would be great. Thanks Tweet
