Sinus parasites

After starting on humaworm herbs I feel my sinus parasites moving a lot more and it´s giving me even more headaches at the moment. I´m not sure if they are dying though or just moving around, it feels more like they move around in there and then stop after a while when the herbs go out of the system. Should I take a larger dose perhaps? I have chronic migraines and headache and know they are at least partly due to this problem, and also chronic ear pain. Sometimes I even hear them moving inside my sinuses it´s disgusting!
