Re: Removing alcohol from a whole bottle of tincture

The alcohol extracts the minerals/chemicals from the plants and acts as the preservitive. The only way I know how to remove it is to put it in a coffee cup and pour hot water over it, the alcohol is suppose to evaporate.

Christopher's schooling states that humans make more alcohol out of breads/grains than the local town drunk consumes. Taking a dropper of tincture is about 20-30 drops, out of this 8-13 would be grain alcohol..The human digestion system should appreciate this as an aid in the way we digest our foods.

What some may be feeling is that the tinctures enter the blood system via the mouth and stomach; in otherwords - very fast.

I like making a blend of tinctures and syrups to get the best of two worlds, because many chemicals/minerals will extract in alcohol, while others will only extract in water. WHY use both? Because the historical use of herbs is mostly INDIAN/NATIVE and they mostly "chewed" the whole herb. The chewing dissolved the water extracted minerals/chemicals while the digestive enzymes worked on the chemicals/minerals that would not dissolve in water. When people make teas, they are considered very safe (in active) because they ONLY extract water soluable chemicals/minerals and also applies heat which also takes the POWER AWAY. While the COLD EXTRACTION that pure grain alcohol does uses zero heat and when allowed for years to soak with the herb, makes the supreme extract.

Modern methods uses machinery/gimmics that creates a mess that takes no real time to produce and they don't care about the quality of the herb they are using, because they are going to FORCE the extraction with chemicals/methods, etc.

Clarkia has made a fortune with my original theory of making the Dr. Hulda Clark de-wormer formula into a liquid. I tried and tried to get Dr. Clark and Clark.com to use this many years ago and sent them plenty of sample bottles and they both rejected it over and over because they didn't want to do anything better than the book says to do! Then the clarkia product comes on the market and by the way people look at their simple web site based on the false info of Dr. Hulda Clark, they promote a 2 ounce bottles will de-worm several adults, which is about as false a statement that was every published on a web site. Regardless, in my Tincture/Syrup de-wormer, not only are all the herbs used correctly, the formula dates back over 100 years with Father Knapp and then agrees with the German Research done in 1950. The formula takes steps forward beyond all of the research out there to present. Its the cheapest de-wormer I know of and a 16 ounce bottle has allot of pure tincture in it, but was made better with the syrup extract and the fact is, WORMS LOVE a SYRUP and will HIDE from the alcohol tinctures.....aka, they will seek to eat the syrup version I make, Father Knapp learned this long before Dr. Hulda Clark was ever born and he was a servant to the Popes of England and cured many rich/poor people far and wide.

Tinctures are good in some cases and in others the Syrups are best.
