Hello sybill I harvest my sunflower sprouts when the second set of leaves can be seen.I have some pictures in the photos section under grassmans sprouts.Are you growing outside or inside with lights?And wheere did you get your seeds from and are you happy with there germination ratio?Sunflower sprouts are easy to grow and great to eat or juice.Happy sprouting.
