lets see it says as ascorbic acid and calcium ascorbate. It is in with my MSM.

I also take a plain vitamin c tablet of ascorbic acid. Is there a particular brand that yu use? I will try to find it. I have heard people mention emergen-c. Can you get that at a local health food store?
