Thanks for sharing your story. I was always cold natured before and now hot all of the time. My blood pressure is in the normal range but did drop some after the potassium bath.

I read somewhere that it is your adrenal glands that produce a hormone called aldosterone which causes your kidneys to retain salt. The salt keeps the water in your bloodstream and expands the blood volume and then raises blood pressure.

Hopefully I didn't do any harm but I do feel so much better. I need to work on my priorities in life. Health has been in the background too long. I'm surrounded by people who don't care, so I get sucked into the pattern.
