The base acid reduction should go to Sodium Ascorbate I would keep adding the bicarbonate until it stops fizzing. Lemon juice and tums is a cheap way to get calcium citrate,baking soda and apple cider vinegar goes to Sodium malate Happy cooking. Do a google on the Krebs cycle these two things help a lot sorry for going off topic.
