How much should I be worried getting herpes from this quick encounter? (I am a lot)

Last night I was dumb and met up with a woman who I know to be promiscuous and apparently even smokes crack.

I let her put my non-erect penis in her mouth for about 3 seconds and then she licked my scrotum for about 3 seconds and then I stopped her. Then I asked if she ever had gotten cold sores on her mouth, and she said yes she had in the past.

I immediately went to the sink and washed my genitals with soap and water.

She said she didn't have any cold sore at the time...I thought I saw some bumps on her limp but she said it was from a surgery she had.

Also, if it makes a difference, I had tested positive for hsv-1 antibodies about 8 years ago but never have noticed any sores anywhere.

Please help me wrap my head around this.
