Re: Healme

What an excellent and informative post! Wow, thank you so much. Lots of good stuff!!

I almost never boil veggies any more either, as it just boils out all the nutrients, unless, of course, it's for soup! YUM. I also steam veggies but only till tender/crisp. Otherwise it's salads and more salads. The variety is endless and I have many excellent salad dressings that are SO good and good for me! Slaws are yummy too. Raw is always best if possible, so I enjoy salads and slaws and salsa a lot!

Now is a great time to buy fresh produce in season and freeze it or can it for the winter. Processed foods have SO much garbage in them nowadays. The closer to the way God made it is the best way to be eating it.

We're making the transition now to grassfed meat as well. Beef, chicken, etc. without hormones, anti biotics, corn fed or grain fed. Corn is universally contaminated with fungus now and so are most grains. Peanuts too. [My focus is anti fungal in my eating habits.] They feed cows corn and grain to fatten them up for sale quicker and get the best prices. It will fatten people up too. So will fungus. Yeast makes bread rise. It makes people 'rise' too.

Thanks again for these posts! GOOD STUFF!!
