They're figuring out this just now, when it's been OBVIOUS for a long time -and I mean LONG- that persistent infections do exist in "layers" [pretty much what Biofilms do and what the F. Radicaliae theory tries to explain]. Maybe someday they'll be looking at the 'bigger' picture. I know we're trying to already.
