Re: Anyone with luck detoxing fatty areas?
They will... after losing weight, they have helped to slowly tighten and tone the loose skin.
Especially this one;
2 - 4 cups
Epsom Salts
1 - 2 cups Baking Soda
1 - 2 cups 35% hydrogen peroxide
3 tablespoons of calcium hydroxide
You can leave out the CH and drying would not be as much of an issue, however I have never left it out and it could be an "active" ingredient in the skin tone and tightening. One could also add some
Sea Salt as well, and I have with good results too.
I have also added on occaision, oregano, cayenne pepper, iodine, kelp.
I do a cold stitz or cold shower afterwards, otherwise the skin may dry a bit too much. There is always a light oil rub down if you want to air dry without the rinse that works well. Replacing the Baking Soda with a cup or 2 of ACV will also help to eliminate the skin drying factor.
Terramin clay baths work the same as the above... maybe a little better.
Here is what I think... we have become so clogged that transdermal absorption of minerals is essential for most people. In other words if we are hitting the mineral intake from both sides, internally and externally, we have a better chance of opening up the "clog" wherever it may be; once we have the "primary" elimination channels running freely, the "clog" is most likely to exist in the lymphatic system. Not only that, we are then getting nutrition to the cells in and under our skin where it may be sorely needed (due to transport and/or utilization issues within the body), especially for those with skin conditions.
What better way to get at it than a nice, hot, sweat your booty off mineral bath?
