Re: do I even NEED a cleanse?

since I am already having so much diarhea... would The Master Cleanse make that work? I mean, I do function... I go to work everyday... I know where every toilet is of course... I sit as close to the bathroom as possible... I just don't want the diarhea to get so bad that I'm unable to work..

Also, since the diarhea is so painful.. is the cayenne pepper going to make that worse? I tend to stay away from spices. What does the cayenne do?

I am honestly hoping that perhaps this cleanse will fix this horrible problem of mine... so, I'm hopeful.. but, I do need to work while it is going on...
