left temple headache!

ok ladies....does anyone here have any headaches on their temples? I've had this on and off now since Feb. and it drives me nuts! It's like this pressure on the left temple (which is one of the symptoms of perimenopause) but it also comes along with "pain", not BAD pain, but some pain. It almost feels as if someone has their thumb on my temple and is pressing in. Also, taht TMJ joint outside of your ear, well, that aches too, on and off. Sometimes I also get shooting pains up my left temple or on the top of the head, left side. Also, it feels like a sinus headahce half the time, this is insane! I know lots of this is hormoanl, but was wodering if maybe anyone here has this or something similar, and what do you do for it?
