Sounds like a buildup of histamine. During strenous times for self this would occur. Have you examined the other supplements for possibility of causation? You should be able to affirm histamine reaction or not. Try a nice sized shot of fresh lemon juice and see if it alleviated, if it is a good natural antihistamine is the supplement quercitin. (Lemons are cheaper)

If you are experienced draw all energy including the tingling upwards. For most people energy and sensation tends to be drawn downwards in sex. It is another experience when one can bring these feelings to higher points or above the baser regions.   When you wonder who came first
