Do you have any pictures?? sometimes it is hard to imagine the problem.. someone else might have this same condition if you posted pics but not described it like you did? Also, have you ever tried parasite cleansing? I am wondering if you have some parasite who is sucking up all the things you need to keep your skin normal.. And if i were you in this condition I might want to put some Vaseline.. castor oil or something like that. ..Or if you ever tried jojoba oil? on your face they say its the same ph ...which is prolly the best thing..

Vaseline doesnt penetrate it just sits on your skin not letting anything in to it but might be a temp solution for you.. and are you washing your face?? I quit washing my face it was making matters worse...started only using pond's cold cream...washing your face with cleansers sometimes irritates your skin cracks and dries it out.
