Dear Esteem beneficiaries

Following the inauguration of the new Administration in the Federal
Republic of Nigeria with the support of the International Community, The
World Bank, IMF, the Paris Club, London Club and the G-8 has instructed
the new administration to continue with its program of settlement of
Contract/Inheritance funds trapped in Nigeria. This was part of the
conditions for pardoning Nigeria her external debts owed to the
above-mentioned organizations. It is in line with this that this Committee
was set up to help facilitate the payments. This committee comprises of
official from the International Debt Payment Reconciliation Unit (IDPRU)
of the UN and officials from the Nigerian Government. My humble self heads
this committee.

In view of the above, I am to inform you about the new management board,
Fact-Finding are in Nigeria to make sure that all debts are paid within a
period of six months. It is in view of this that you been contacted to
follow up the release of your funds to your nominated bank account. The
IDPRU is determined to follow up all payments without any further
bureaucratic bottlenecks that characterized the payments in the past.

Note that all former officials who frustrated the payments have been
removed from their positions. Therefore you are WARNED not contact them or
respond to them, as doing so maybe to your own detriment. Any body or
organization that will contact you without the approval of this office
should be reported to this office immediately for proper screening.

From the records of outstanding beneficiaries due for payment with the
Federal Government, your name and company was discovered as next on the
list of the outstanding Beneficiaries who have not yet received their
payments.

I wish to inform you now that your part payment of USD$9,5MILLION DOLLARS
is being processed and will be released to you as soon as you respond to
this mail
