Earth Clinic is where I first learned about Oil Pulling.
Sunflower and Sesame oils are the most recommended. Not everyone uses them, though.
Soybean, Canola and Peanut Oils are huge no-no's. Canola is an industrial by-product not meant for human consumption.
When I first started OP'ing, I used olive oil, then moved on to soybean, coconut and sunflower oils.
