it's called Seborrheic Dermatitis , i have it and it sucks

there's good ways to control it, don't use Acne soaps, or facial scrubs. use the most mosturizing soap you can find, and once in a while mix in a little bit of dandruff shampoo with your face soap. there are prescriptions that help as well
