I've been looking for a way to overcome my social anxiety without medication. I've tried hypnosis going to two different hypnotists and just wasted money there. I've heard about EFT and quite frankly it just seems way too good to be true...either that or it must take years and years of doing that to overcome anxiety.
Does EFT really work for social anxiety and shyness? If not, what other ways are there to overcome this disorder quickly and without medication?
