I am going to leave the discussion of IP6 to those who are much smarter than I. I read many of the past post here and thought I would try this supplement. All I can really say is taking it in the morning helps me feel more energetic and alert. Taking it before bed keeps me up all night.
Do you remember Owen, who used to post here and has a website connected with Curezone? He is a special friend and we communicate through E-mail. Owen is the one who taught me about transdermal magnesium therapy. He felt it helped his back pain and thought it might work for me too. You can either soak your body or your feet in magnesium oil (concentrated sea water rich in magnesium chloride, or apply the oil topically. Mine came from globallight.com. There is a lot of information there.
Magnesium citrate is a good supplement because the magnesium is much more easily absorbed than the more common
Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) or magnesium oxide. One of the reason magnesium products make such good laxatives is because they are not easily absorbed and exit the body by drawing water into the bowels. Large doses of mag. citrate are laxative, but smaller doses are excellent.
I am always learning and do not consider myself an expert here. All I can do at this point is rely on those who know a lot more and then try to report my positive results.
