Blood pressure, alkaline reserves, NPN protein

Have been checking my BP for the last four months in conjunction with making diet adjustments gradually (changes according to ML's recommendations, 80-20, alkaline-acid producing foods), avoiding NPN protein, the alk drink, detox baths.
Before starting, BP was very low much of time, adrenals exhausted severely (saliva test for this) and was exteremely chemically sensitive. When exposed to reactice chemicals, BP would suddenly shoot up dangerously high for several hours.
When initially alkalizsing, my BP was all over the charts for abt 3 weeks. then it began stabilising at abt 120/80, which is within the acceptable range. Also, the differential between my blood pressure when prone and when standing began to be +20 points or more, a sign that my adrenals had recovered. I was able to drop a complicated and expensive routine of vitamins and herbs to support my adrenals that had done little for me over several years.
Four months in, my BP is 110/60! This, in spite of being quite overweight! Hoping that this will reverse the beginning of varicose veins in my legs as well as any hidden circulatory system damage that might have led to failing eyesight, stroke, or other more serious health events.
I would definitely suggest this protocol be tried BEFORE BP meds or other misc supps for BP issues. Cost effective and addressess many other issues wholisticaly.
