MSG in Bread

Also, I looked for bread WITHOUT ADDED gluten today and could not find a single one, no bread, no bagel, nothing! Neither organic not regular (just curious - I wouldnt eat non organic). All I found was tortillas which were only made of organic whole wheat flour, water, Sea Salt and aluminum free baking powder. Plus pita bread, but it wasnt organic.

So, I think Im gonna have to bake my own bread. Do you have a simple quick recipe for an everyday bread? Im not picky :)

Oh, and I looked at those organic cookies I used to get sometimes, and they had DRY eggs and DRY non fat milk in it - which we know means MSG. Well, that sure stops me from eating them ;) Im gonna start baking my own healthy cookies and cakes.
