I read that they can generally help to detox, and that people that do excercise use them to get some more energy. I do not intend to take them unless I really need to. I do excercise/play sports and I do not just want to stop completely. I will take it easier, but not just stop. So I was worried some days I might feel to low to do it. However my plan has always been to do the cleanse without taking them. If needed I would them them during the cleanse, otherwise, I would wait until I resumed wating properly.
Why do they start digestion? Even if they are just powder mixed with water?
