I'm back home...my update...

Well I just can't recommend Dr Josephine Gardener in St Louis highly enough. She
was absolutely wonderful. A great personality...great sense of humor and she knows
this stuff like the back of her hand. I am SOOOOOOOO glad we went.

She works 6 days a week...12+ hours a day and is moving into a bigger office is about 3 weeks...her practice is growing so rapidly. She said she does about 12 -14
colonics a day.

I've started a series of colonics...will probably have to have 8 to 10...maybe more.
She said I have a severely impacted colon. And there was no way the doctor could
have done the colonoscopy anyway. But I can get it done a little later.

The experience was just plain fine...no pain...no embarrassment. She made me feel
totally at ease. Stayed with me every second...had me doing breathing techniques and she did massaging while working the machine...

We drove 3 hours one way to see her. She told me of patients that drive 6 hours...

She knows all about Hallelujah Acres...Dr Natura...Christophers cleanses... Hulda Clark ...she's even met her...she was just a wealth of information and I feel so blessed to have found her.

I found her as a result of this forum...and I want to thank you all so much for all
the encouragement and help you've given me this past week. Valerie, PTree, 71117,
and others were just absolutely wonderful and so giving of their time.

I think I'm FINALLY on the road to recovery. She said I was so impacted...I couldn't have done it on my own. But she gave me lots of pointers to speed things
along. And next week, we go on Thursday evening for an appointment and then have
another one Friday...she says she does that for people who live so far away. So we'll just stay the night and go back the next day.
